Panflute
Amir Shams began his musical career in Tehran, Iran, and gained valuable experience in France and Austria. After completing his diploma in Versailles, he continued his musical journey by teaching and performing concerts in both countries. In 1996, he moved to Switzerland to further his career, teaching at the Kantonsschule Wattwil, Fürstenland Music School, and Toggenburg Music School, while honing his skills as a soloist on the pan flute and trumpet. Through collaborations with various big bands and orchestras, he developed a diverse repertoire that blends jazz and classical music.
Piano
Yara Borges is a Brazilian pianist and teacher who has performed internationally with various musicians and ensembles, and founded the duo Bastos & Borges, touring Southeast Asia with a repertoire of Brazilian, Argentine, and classical music. She has taught at the Toggenburg Music School for over two decades and authored a practical guide for piano lessons published in 2020.
Percussion
Naghib, a young skilled percussionist, began his musical journey in Boushehr and Kish at age three, learning traditional and classical percussion instruments from southern Iran. By age 10, he was performing concerts with renowned musicians like Billy Cobham, Manu Codja, and Matthieu Donarier.
